Garrison Ledger Quarterly Giveaway

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Eligibility

The Garrison Ledger Quarterly Giveaway (the "Sweepstakes") is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. Employees of Garrison Ledger LLC (the "Sponsor"), and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of such employees are not eligible. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.

2. Sponsor

The Sponsor of the Sweepstakes is Garrison Ledger LLC, located at 33 Walt Whitman Road, Suite 201E, Huntington Station, NY 11746.

3. Agreement to Rules

By participating, you agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements set forth herein. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of Sponsor as final and binding as it relates to the content. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws.

4. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes runs quarterly. Each Sweepstakes Period begins at 12:00:01 AM Eastern Time ("ET") on the first day of each calendar quarter and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on the last day of that calendar quarter:

  • Q1: January 1 - March 31
  • Q2: April 1 - June 30
  • Q3: July 1 - September 30
  • Q4: October 1 - December 31

Winners will be selected within seven (7) days following the end of each Sweepstakes Period.

5. How to Enter

Online Entry: During each Sweepstakes Period, visit garrisonledger.com/giveaway and create a free account. A free account is required to enter. Account creation is free and no purchase is necessary. You will automatically receive entries for eligible actions as described below:

  • Create Account: 10 entries (one-time)
  • Manual Entry Submission: 1 entry per submission (up to 125 total)
  • Subscribe to Premium: 25 entries (one-time)
  • Active Premium Subscriber: 25 entries (quarterly)
  • Share the Giveaway: 5 entries per platform (max 15)
  • Refer a Friend: 10 entries per referral (max 50)

Alternate Method of Entry (No Purchase Necessary): Create a free account and use the "Submit Manual Entries" button on your entries page at garrisonledger.com/giveaway/entries. Each click submits one (1) entry. You may submit up to one hundred twenty-five (125) manual entries per Sweepstakes Period. This method requires no purchase or paid subscription.

Maximum entries per person per Sweepstakes Period: 125 entries.

6. Prizes

Five (5) prizes of One Hundred Dollars ($100.00 USD) each will be awarded for each Sweepstakes Period. Total approximate retail value ("ARV") of all prizes per Sweepstakes Period: $500.00. Prizes will be awarded in the form of a check mailed to the winner's verified mailing address. Prizes are non-transferable. No substitution or cash equivalent except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize with one of comparable or greater value.

7. Odds of Winning

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during each Sweepstakes Period. Entries are weighted: each entry counted represents one chance to win.

8. Winner Selection and Notification

Winners will be selected by random drawing from among all eligible entries received during each Sweepstakes Period. The drawing will be conducted within seven (7) days following the end of each Sweepstakes Period. Winners will be notified by email. Each potential winner must respond within seven (7) days of notification with their verified mailing address to claim their prize. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the required time period, or is found to be ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected. Sponsor's decisions are final and binding.

9. Rights Granted by You

By entering, you grant Sponsor the right to use your first name and last initial for purposes of announcing winners on the website and social media channels.

10. Terms

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules.

11. Limitation of Liability

By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, from participation in the Sweepstakes.

12. Disputes

Except where prohibited, you agree that any and all disputes arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the state and federal courts located in New York, NY. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York.

13. Privacy Policy

These Official Rules are effective as of January 1, 2026 and apply to all Sweepstakes Periods during the 2026 calendar year unless otherwise amended.
